The first round will commence week beginning Tuesday 7 October 2025 and there will be 10 rounds of competition.

There is a provision (week up our sleeve) in case we have several nights rained out etc 🙂, if this is the case we will run another week.

Can I register if I/my child hasn't organised a team?

Due to the high demand of our event, we are accepting team nominations first. If teams have flagged that they would like to have players added, we will have the opportunity to open individual registrations. This will only occur late in the registration period.

top

What age group do we register for?

Register for the age group that you/ your child has played in this season, if you played U12 during the regular season, select U12 for summer sixes. If you have never played before, it is the age you will be turning this year (ie. your age at December 31st 2025).

top

Will I play teams that are much stronger than mine?

The whole idea of the competition is fun and fitness.

Because there is only one competition per age group, there will be quite a spectrum of teams. In the older age groups, there generally aren't too many blow-outs. For the younger age groups (ie. Under 8 - Under 11), there may be some disparity in the first game or two as the ladder starts to take shape, but the competition system software endeavours to only assign opposition that are in your half of the draw.

top

What do I do if I can't play in the match that has been scheduled?

You must notify the event co-ordinator 72hrs before scheduled to play. Forfeit is -3 points, forfeit without notification is -5 points.
top

Are there any training sessions?

There are no training sessions allocated for teams, however you are welcome to organise your own private sessions following any relevant state restrictions and guidelines and club booking requirements.

top

Is there a uniform?

No, we do not supply uniforms- we encourage you to pick a colour and organise in your own team what you would like to wear.

We do have bibs but highly recommended colour co-ordinating your team.
